First off there is no phone support for Thunderbird. Second, your email password is between you and your email provider. You need to work with them to reset a forgotten password. Before resetting a password I would go to your providers web mail site and see if your username and password work there. If not reset it. If it works then there is something else causing the password error. Incorrect server settings or an overactive antivirus software can cause this problem. Horrible business?
