every time I go on farmville it will let me get things people has sent ,but when it finishes it comes up gray and says send crash report and try to reload

You can check for problems caused by a recent Flash update and possibly try these:

  • disable protected mode in Flash 11.3 and later
  • disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
  • downgrade to Flash 11.2 or 10.3
