I downloaded the new version and now I can't use Firefox at all. I am currently using Safari. Navigating your site to try to find an answer took me an hour to get to this point. Not acceptable.

I am on a Mac G5, System 10.5.8... there should be a way to download an older version, if this happens. Buying a new computer is NOT an option.

I need to get this fixed immediately. All my job search websites are on Foxfire!

hello, unfortunately the new versions of firefox won't run on macs that are based on the powerpc architecture any longer. in case you want tu use an up-to-date browser based on firefox you'd have to switch to the program the tenfourfox project is providing. for more information please see Firefox no longer works with Mac OS X 10.4 or PowerPC processors.
