When I try to access https://myaccount.breezeline.com/, Firefox pulls up a blank page. I can access it on Google Chrome (which I don't like at all). I've tried clearing the cache, updating. The techs at Breezeline didn't know what to do aside from using Chrome. Any suggestions?

I'll open in troubleshoot mode any time I want to access that site.

Troubleshoot Mode is not meant to be used like that, you should disable Ghostery or whatever extensions is causing the problem instead.

Same for me, but let's see what happens in Troubleshoot Mode.

I had to turn off Ghostery for the site to work. see screenshot

Do you have the same issue with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf

That did it! Thank you!

Now I can get rid of Chrome- I'll open in troubleshoot mode any time I want to access that site. Much better than having to use Chrome! Thanks so much

I've tried turning off my VPN, starting Firefox in safe mode; opening a private window, clearing the cache. None works except opening in troubleshoot mode. Suggestions?

If you want to get detailed, you can look at all the things Ghostery is blocking and try to determine which item(s) is causing the issue and allow it to block the others.

I don't use Ghostery but I figured out it's DuckDuckGo that was blocking it. Thanks so much!!
