To whom it may concern,
I no longer have access to my bookmarks even though I signed into my account. You can email me at the provided email address to give me a reason.

All your local/mobile bookmarks have disappeared from this installation of Firefox? Or is this a new installation and Sync didn't bring them over from a different mobile installation of Firefox?
This was a reinstallation to the same device of firefox because I had to delete and reinstall to the same device. When reinstalling and signing back in I was unuccessful in retrieving my open web pages and bookmarks.
Hi
Thank you for your question about the Firefox Sync service.
It appears from your question, that you are using Firefox Sync as a back up service. This is not what Sync is designed to do. The Firefox Sync service takes a copy of the data you wish to include and transfers it to a second device (typically a mobile device such as a tablet or a telephone) running a copy of Firefox. The storage in between all attached devices is both temporary and fragile and is not stable enough to be (and is not designed as) a reliable backup service.
It has been syncing to all of my devices for years how do I get them back??????
Unless you have them stored on another copy of Firefox, it will not be possible to recover them.
So in your other devices, do you still see the sync'd mobile bookmarks?
