How can I open and view my documents?
I can open all the folders contained in my documents, however, when I click on them a small copy appears in the lower left corner and goes no further. I've tried e-mailing them and they will not open.

How is Firefox involved in viewing "documents"?
If you are referring to viewing text documents in Firefox, are you using File > Open File...?

How do I create a screenshot of my problem?
It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.
Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.
