So I have a Toshiba Satellite with windows 7 and Firefox as my default internet browser, it was working well until last week. I don't know what happened but if I'm on internet more than 2 hours Firefox is blocking the "non responding" window is coming up or it crash and shut it self. Is getting really annoying, How can I solve this?

Hello there,

It sounds like your browser is either not up-to-date or might be infected with corrupt cookies and cache, but there is nothing to worry about.

If you could follow the steps below to delete your browser history:

1. Click the menu button, choose "History", and then "Clear Recent History" 2. Select how much history you want to clear ( Everything is recommended) 3. Finally, click the "Clear Now" button.

Also, if you haven't got the latest version of Firefox please follow the link to upgrade: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/update-firefox-latest-version

Hope this helps!

I try those steps and nothing change. My browser is up to date and I have the last version of firefox. Now it does this or is going to shut off and a pop windows is coming up saying "plugin container for Firefox stop working app crash 36.0.0.5531" or the server freeze for a couple of seconds and than is going back to normal. Is really annoying since is happening every 5 minutes. Any solutions?
