How to remove hao123.com from hijacking my homepage?
I had tried all ways available on the internet to remove hao123.com as it hijacked the firefox homepage. but none of the solution works! Is there any ways to remove it?

It seems like it is malware that modifies various things on your computer including your shortcuts. You can right click on your desktop shortcut for Firefox and click "Properties" to verify this.

What kind of scans have your run and what were the results? Its hard to figure out next steps without knowing what specifically worked and what did not.
Have you run tools such as:
- MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware
- AdwCleaner (for more info, see this alternate AdwCleaner download page)
- Anti-Rootkit Utility - TDSSKiller
- Hitman Pro
- ESET Online Scanner
- Microsoft Safety Scanner
Also, have you checked your shortcut properties to make sure that nothing suspicious has been added to the Shortcut tab's Target line?
