I have an Alienware computer and had some issues with Firfox to open up to the internet. This is a Dell computer. I called Dell and they said I needed to update my software and hardware. I had some maleware and it needed to be fixed so the sent me to Microsoft anti-virus. They put it in and with in three weeks I had to call them 4 times. One guy went in to my computer and did what ever he did and I went back into my computer several hours later went into my bookmarks and they were all gone. How do I protect my book marks? I had very important information in there and can't get back. Now every time Dell/Microsoft went into my computer they would uninstall Firfox so my thinking is if you uninstall Firefox you loose all the bookmarks. So my question is how do I protect my book marks?
