Sorry, no help....any number I can call to have someone walk me through this?
I lost the toolbar that had various headings....primarily the bookmark heading which i regularly used. How can I get it back. Isn't there a number I can call to have someone walk me through the process for reinstating this toolbar with the bookmark column.

As with most browsers and other free products, there is no telephone support for Firefox.
It sounds as though you might be trying to turn the Menu Bar on; it is defaulted as off in Vista and Windows 7. See the following for instructions:

You may need to update some plug-ins. Check your plug-ins and update as necessary:

Please try right-clicking on the + after the last tab and enable (tick) Bookmarks Toolbar. Bookmarks Toolbar
