I upgraded to Firefox 8 and tried to follow the tutorial. But my page doesn't look like the one in the tutorial. I have NO orange Firefox button in the upper left-hand corner of my page.

Chosen solution

The orange Firefox button is there by default on Windows Vista and Windows 7 while the Windows XP and 2000 users get the Menu bar by default. Been this way since Firefox 4.0.

If you want the Firefox button menu then right-click a toolbar and uncheck [] Menu Bar.
