Yesterday it was fine, firefox didn't delete my cookies , but today it deletes them on exit. I have changed all the setting and then put them all back to the way they should be in order to not delete my cookies, but when I next turn on Firefox they have all gone ? Is this a bug in the new version of firefox.

You are deleting the site setting on exit and that will remove all exceptions including the cookie exceptions.

Tools > Options > Privacy : History: [X] Clear history when Firefox closes > Settings

Clearing the "Site Preferences" will clear all exceptions including exceptions for cookies, images, pop-up windows, and software (add-on) installation and password exceptions.

Thank you for your reply, I have unticked the box and it still does it.

Oh no, I tell a lie, there are some cookies there now, so why do I have to keep logging in to my sites.
