Google may switch languages depending on where you connect from. Normally, this is your home, office, public hotspot, etc., but it can be modified with a proxy or VPN. Do you know whether you are connecting through a proxy or VPN that routes your requests through a different country? As a quick check: There are a number of sites that provide information on the results of an IP address lookup. You might already have found one but just in case: https://nordvpn.com/what-is-my-ip/ (Obviously they promote their VPN product, but please ignore that for now.) Does it show the expected location?
