Hello, Thank you for your help. This morning I started TB and no profiles loaded. It opens like a new I have gone through all the troubleshooting suggestions I can find. So far I have stopped TB, and use the profile manager to create a new profile, delete old profiles, and then copy old data over into new profile. Reviewed, renamed, replaced the profiles.ini file. It points to the correct profile name. Replaced the prof.js file with an older one. Even went back to 60.9 version. Everything I have tried has not worked.

I do use the profile manager to start each time, to ensure I am using the correct profile.

Any suggestions? I apologize if I forgot to list something I have tried.

Thank you Matt. I appreciate the help, but that didn't solve the issue.

Update: I don't know if this helps in any way, but I can look in the "Saved files" list and it shows files. Also the "Search" box, if I start typing a name, it will bring up list of names on emails. This may be a wrong conclusion, but it appears to be reading that data from somewhere.
