I can only get advice on how to stop this for Chrome I've tried everything on Google but I'm told it's not a Google thing. Also I'm told to try things if I'm in the UK but I'm not It's so annoying Thank you Naomi

When you're signed in to Google and you click on 'I agree', you will not see this annoying reminder again.
