I have not received on email which has been sent. The sender asked me to check my spam box but I cannot seem to find one. Where is it?

Login to your account via webmail, and check the spam folder on the server.

1) How do I log into my account via webmail - or does the fact I can ask this question mean I have already done so?

2) How do I find the spam folder on the website? It would be nice to be able to at least look at it without a load of other processes so I can check for e-mails that have been erroneously set as spam.

Sorry if I seem a numpty, but we are all born ignorant - some learn quicker than others

I have the same problem as TrixieP. Christ1 replied to TrixieP's post "Login to your account via webmail, and check the spam folder on the server", so my post was asking how to do that. Therefore, I see no reason for starting a new topic, as it is only asking for guidance on how to do what Christ1 is advising TrixieP to do.

My first question was because I've logged in to ask the question but have I logged in via webmail or is that some other process (in which case I don't know where to begin it)? My second question was because if I have logged in via webmail, where is the spam folder hiding?

Sorry Christ1. I am not trying to cause bad feeling, but I need guidance using your TrixieP suggestion, and creating a new topic doesn't seem to progress this

His forum have absolutely nothing to do with logging into your email providers Webmail page. Since we do not know how your provider is it is had to give exact instructions. You would go to gmail.com if Gmail was your provider. Contact your provider if you need help with their webmail page.
