When I install firefox it installs fine , starts fine , but going to website will sometimes work but usually within the first minute it will crash. The crash is related to plugin container. If I completely uninstall flash player even it's app data files , then firefox will crash with a general error. I've also reinstalled firefox and it's own app data and it will still crash on basically any site that isn't just text. it will also crash simply accessing it's own troubleshooter. I'm using windows 7 which is the exact same install build and disk that running on my other machines and firefox works perfectly fine on those. Firefox also works perfectly fine on this same computer with the old hard drive installed. Other browsers like crome work fine as well.

For some reason firefox is refusing to work on this specific windows on this specific machine.

What is your computer system and Firefox?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?

While still in Safe Mode,

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)
