Every time I try to send an email I get: Every time I try to send an email I get: There was a problem including the file file:///C:/DOCUME~1/BHT/LOCALS~1/Temp/nsemail-1.html in the message.

I can ignore and send, but it's a real pain.

I am no longer using an external html file for my signature. I now have the html code directly in the signature edit window.

Why do I keep getting this message??????

I tried deleting the referenced file, but it had no effect.

There have been many instances of this reported with user's of AVAST. Do you use AVAST anti-virus ? If yes, the you need to stop Avast from scanning that file by making an exception.

Usually, that file is called ....file:///C:/DOCUME~1/BHT/LOCALS~1/Temp/nsemail.html If there is a 'nsemail-1.html' then there is probably also 'nsemail.html' in that Temp file.

Suggest you make hidden files and folders visible.

delete any 'nsemail' temp files. then make the exception to not scan it.
