Hello!

This problem is not resolved because Mozilla Firefox compiling is only for Windows 7. I must use Opera 12.16 x64.

With king regards!

ok, i wasn't aware of that - it looks like windows xp 64bit won't be supported (see bug 604967). you'd have to stick with 32bit versions should you want to use firefox on that device...

Hello!

The single Startmenu are better. Microsoft are ignores WXP User. Windows Vista do not have single columns Luna.theme. I am porting Windows 7 to Windows XP. Opera 12.16 have Speed Dial, Run Save As Dialogs.

Yes you will need Windows 7, 8 and newer for the Win64 builds. The 64-bit WinXP, servers and Vista are not officially supported.

Unless it is a good reason, Mozilla is not going to make a effort to support Windows XP any more then they have already currently as WinXP was made EOL April 2014.

It is possible to get it Win64 builds on the not supported OS's if you extract from installer or use the .zip builds for candidates folder. No support or guarantee the Firefox versions will work properly in long run.

Win64 builds since (36.0 or 37) cannot run on 64-bit WinXP, Vista and servers OS's as you need 64-bit Windows 7, 8 or 10 in order for Win64 Firefox to run.
