Constantly receive error message "Could not save message in Sent folder" for my IMAP account.

Never had this problem before in any previous version of TB until this one, and now every computer where I have TB 31.1.2 installed exhibits same behavior.

Something has been broken, please fix it.

Hmm, not the normal issues then. Try the following and let me know.

Right click the send folder and select properties. What is the size on disk? Right click and select compact from the menu. No good, try Right click the account and select settings. Under copies and folders set the sent to local folder (Testing only this as it is not a desired result) Does the sent save? Does it also appear in the sent folder in your account as well? Both Hotmail and Gmail save mail from the SMTP server to the sent folder, sometime users report your issue, others get duplicates in Sent. Perhaps hostgator is doing something similar.

None of that any good.

Reboot your computer in safe mode with networking Start Thunderbird and try again. Does it work as expected.
