You have changed my desk top, either restore it so I can us it as before or show how me how to remove your program so I can instal someone else's programe
It is simple I want my desk top entry page with mozilla as it was before the stupid upgrade? that you have installed. If you cannot or do not want to, do this I will have to take all of our mozilla and unistall and instal some other system that does not have the ordasidity to change our programs with consultation. Basically the new system stink! It is hard to use, impossible to follow. You problem is that you are computer wizzies. You have not thought, care or respect for anyone that is not as computer literate as you arrogant people

Hello,
Are you finding it difficult to work with new Firefox ??
Don't worry you can easily customize it and make it look like older one.
See this help article How to make the new Firefox look like the old Firefox

"I'm sorry that you are unhappy with the new Firefox design. People helping here are volunteers and they are doing the best they can to help out Firefox users. If you feel strongly about the new changes I would suggest you to provide feedback on https://input.mozilla.org/feedback for the people who decided on the changes to actually see it.
Please keep in mind that Firefox is a work in progress and your feedback is very valuable for us to understand what can be done better! "
Try using the Pale Moon browser, basically the same as firefox 24, so it actually works.
Also in the v29 update they have now set firefox to automatically update itself, regardless of your settings and preferences. That is why i have gone to pale moon, and got rid of firefox, after 6 or 7 years of using it.
Edit by a forum moderator Please note that the change with Firefox 29 is the other way. Firefox 28 would update if you clicked on Help -> About Firefox. Checking the version initiated an update in Fx28 if one was available, regardless of the setting. Fx 29 DOES respects the setting. Fx 29 does NOT update automatically IF you set it to ask before updating.
- Intention:
Bug 600500 - About Dialog should check for updates automatically, but not install them if the pref "Ask me what I want to do" is set- Regression fix in Fx29:
Bug 950357 - The About dialog automatically checks for updates (and then asks the user if he wants to update) even when the "Never check for updates" option is selected.
- Regression fix in Fx29:

I would not want Firefox users downgrading to Firefox 28 because they think Firefox29 does not respect the user settings. Firefox 29 does it is Firefox 28 that did not and that has been fixed in Firefox 29.
theboatbloke, were you talking about your desktop, or the Firefox home page?
Once in a while, Mozilla changes the about:home page. But after a while, it is changed back.
What change are you talking about?
