I've used few addons to try to prevent spam, I still getting spam messages in inbox, I did also try to setup in "Junk Settings" Junk mail header set by "SpamAssassin" and still I am getting spam in my inbox, not sure what to do? Is there something I can use, like Add-on that can help me prevent spam to get in the inbox?

also, I see some emails marked as spam with the flag of spam and it's not really spam, so what to do about it?

I have tools add-ons to report spam like:

  1. Just Report it
  2. SpamBee
  3. Signal Spam

There is no way to completely avoid spam messages. They are a fact of life and any automated system requires considerable over sight to find false positives.

Personally I simply use the Thunderbird junk filter, over the last 10 yeas it has become very good at identifying what I do not want to see with almost all false positives coming from provider spam detection from the likes of Yahoo, Google, GMX, Outlook etc. but you do need to train the filter so marking email as good in the spam/junk folder is as important as marking junk on the inbox.
