Windows cannot find 'firefox'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.

Hi Team,

We are getting this error when we try to open a excel document from JWS. But the same JWS applet works fine when opened with IE 11 and able to open excel with out any issues. We tried to clean the complete registry for firefox and even cleared the complete firefox, cleared cache re-installed firefox ESR 68.10 and also tried to upgrade to latest version. But still faced the same problem. We are running Windows 10 OS.

Error shortly says:

[Window Title] firefox

[Content] Windows cannot find 'firefox'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.

If the Firefox installation isn't in the Windows path environment variable then you will either have to add it or use the full path to launch Firefox.

We tried on different machine and it was working correctly where there is no environmental variable has been set. If i need to set where do i need to set can you share me correct path inside environment variable so that i can give a try and see if that resolves the issues or not.

or
