Migrating from Windows Vista Mail to Thunderbird 78.3.1

How can I transfer my emails (.EML) into Thunderbird? It would appear there was a 3rd party add on to do it with versions up to 60. But I cannot seem to download that old version but rather get version 78.3.1 and the add-on does not work with the new Thunderbird.
