Okay found the problem, it was caused by a extension called Tab session manager. Thank you to everyone that helped.

There is screenshot of the bug that I am getting on my tabs,
Where do you see these messages? Is that on the web page area?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window

Hardware Acceleration is off because it was using up all of my computers ram.
I don't have any new Extensions add to my Firefox.
Can this bug be fixed in about:config ?
Do a clean reinstall of the current Firefox release and delete the Firefox program folder before installing a fresh copy of the current Firefox release.
- download the Firefox installer and save the file to the desktop
*https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/
If possible uninstall your current Firefox version to cleanup the Windows Registry and settings in security software.
- do NOT remove "personal data" when you uninstall the current Firefox version, because this will remove all profile folders and you lose personal data like bookmarks and passwords including data in profiles created by other Firefox versions
Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
- (64-bit Firefox) "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\"
- (32-bit Firefox) "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\"
- it is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling
- http://kb.mozillazine.org/Uninstalling_Firefox
Your personal data like bookmarks is stored in the Firefox profile folder, so you won't lose personal data when you reinstall or update Firefox, but make sure NOT to remove personal data when you uninstall Firefox as that will remove all Firefox profile folders and you lose your personal data.
If you keep having problems then you can create a new profile to test if your current profile is causing the problem.
- https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles
Reinstall Firefox
Uninstalling and then installing Firefox is not possible, because of my setting in about:config, that I cannot remember

How are you opening more than one tab at a time? What are the steps?

When I start firefox I have all of my tabs from when I last used Firefox. When I click on some of them to load each tab, (I have Firefox set to only load tabs when clicked on) and Firefox start to load each tab that I have clicked on I get the bug.
Hmm, I just don't know what the message is referring to. When you click a restored tab that hasn't loaded yet, it should just reload automatically. There isn't any link to click. Do you see a link on those tabs??

Yes normally that is what happens, but right now that is not working right.

Yes with message "move the cursor for tab loading else click on the link" in the tab window.
Link removed from image due to security reasons.
Where does this --
-- appear... in place of the page that would normally load?
Does this seem to be specific to pages from a particular website?
In re-reading this thread, I don't think you tested in Firefox's Safe Mode to rule out this being caused by one of your extensions. I think that is the next step. An extension related to sessions and/or suspending tabs would be the most likely culprit.

Yes when I go to look at the loaded tab that I have clicked on to loaded, I see the message, then the website loads up.
No it happens on any website.

TSM might have a setting to switch between automatic loading and whatever they call the option to get that message.

It was a setting on the extension tab session manager, setting called "discarded", after I unable the setting, Firefox tab started to load normally.
