Everytime I open Firefox it says "Welcome to firefox" with 2 tabs opening over and over again.
I've tried checking the user profiles - Didn't fix
I've tried changing internet options - Didn't fix
I've tried setting the homepage on Firefox - Didn't Fix
I've tried restarting my PC - Didn't fix
I've tried setting home page with about:config - "browser.startup.homepage", Changes back to default even thought I set www.google.com as my home page - Didn't fix
This has never happened to me before, might be the new update that Firefox pushed out.
Any other solutions out there? I'd really appropriate it.

Do you mean that browser.startup.homepage changes when you restart Firefox?
You can check for problems with preferences.
- delete possible user.js and numbered prefs-##.js files and rename/remove the prefs.js file to reset all prefs to the default value including prefs set via user.js and prefs that are no longer supported in current Firefox releases

You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.
- Help -> Troubleshooting Information -> Profile Directory:
Windows: Show Folder; Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder - http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox
You can check the target line in the Firefox desktop shortcut (right-click: Properties) to make sure nothing is appended after the path to the Firefox program.
