I got an answer to my question about loosing files when I did a Firefox Refresh. There were questions I needed to answer but when I tried to reply to the answer I got the message "Address not found. Your message wasn't delivered to [email protected] because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail. Now what do I do? The person who answered me originally was jscher2000.

My answers to the original questions jscher2000 are below: Thanks for the quick reply. I haven't been able to reply to you until now.

Thanks for the quick reply. I haven't been able to reply to you until now. To answer your questions: 1. Yes there is a folder on my desktop labeled Old Firefox Data. 2. After I did the refresh the Firefox shortcut was no longer working. I then used Opera so I could get on the Internet. When I tried to use the shortcut for Firefox the print screen attached came up. 3. The adobe files I was trying to load are several weeks and/or months old. I believe most of them were downloaded from another site and converted to pdf during the download. They are stored in my directories/libraries I have opened these files prior to the problems I am having now. Any help you can give will be most appreciated. Thank you By the way when I clicked the TROUBLESHOOTING INFORMATION AUTOMATICALLY ADD a message cane up saying page not found.
