En mi Laptop estaba funcionado bien el navegador Firefox, hasta que mi proveedor de un Banco me exigió instalar un protector para el navegador por seguridad, después de instalado, comenzaron los problema, no me abría Firefox, procedí a limpiar el historial y la cookies, no funciono la limpieza, desinstale Firefox y lo instale de nuevo, al terminar la instalación, salió una aviso: NO SE PUEDE CARGAR SU PERFIL FIREFOX. PUEDE QUE ESTA INACCESIBLE O HAYA DESAPARECIDO. PERFIL DESAPARESIDO. Por favor me podrían ayudar con instrucciones para seguir usando tan maravilloso navegador? Gracias Saludos Omar Machado

Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All of them.


What is the name of the program the bank gave you? Are you sure it was the bank that sent the message?


Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift (Mac Options) > key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

Señores seguí sus recomendaciones de entrar en Modo Safe e iniciar Firefox, resultado fallido, con la misma advertencia (Puede que esta inaccesible o haya desaparecido. Perfil Desaparecido). El programa el cual produjo el problema: Detect Safe Browsing / www.easysol.net Su pregunta que si fue el programa que envió el Banco, si, porque en el momento que entre en la Pág. del Banco, enseguida salió en la pantalla la descarga del programa, en ese momento lo descargue y, al terminar su instalación se cerró Firefox, no se pudo abrir más.   • Delete the profiles.ini file to force Firefox to create a new default profile
