Webpage www.kongregrate.com only loads as text. I have tried clearing cache, disabling extensions, multiple browsers, uninstalling and reinstalling.
It only loads as text when it loads, I have not had this problem before last Wednesday and it is persistent the text loads on the left side of the page. Here is a screenshot: http://prntscr.com/44cb60

It's not you, it's the web page.
Works for me. Are you able to load the style sheets if you visit the URLs directly, or are they blocked?

Note: don't expect anything fancy, the style rules are just a bunch of text running together.
