Specifically, the products wanted appear in the shopcart but the shopcart becomes empty when the checkout page comes up (that is the contents of the shopping cart do not transfer to the checkout page). This issue does not occur when using internet explorer. Out of 12 different browsers about half behave as IE (they function OK) and the other half behave as Firefox. This problem is easily reproducible on my website http://shoeking.ca

Firefox doesn't send the cookies to the checkout page and that causes the shopcart to be empty.
This is probably a cross domain issue or switching from an open (insecure) http connection to a secure https connection.
I do not know what is wrong in this case.
