I have no COLOR TYPE in my EARTHLINK email..but DO on INTERNET EXPLORER.
I am a "newbie" on the computer.
I use EARTHLINK as my email provider.
When I use FIREFOX .... I can NOT TYPE in "COLOR" when sending email.
When I use INTERNET EXPLORER .... I DO HAVE COLOR when sending email.
WHY? HOW can I correct this?

Are you taking about font color?
if not

Thank you!
YES, it is the FONT COLOR to which I am referring. (Thank you for ANY help you can provide this Newbie.) I am on a DELL, my husband on a TOSHIBA .... we BOTH have the same issue, so we KNOW it is NOT the computers. It must have to do with FIREFOX ... since we DO have FONT COLOR on INTERNET EXPLORER when sending emails.
If your talking about gmail font, check this links
Ours is EARTHLINK.NET .... not GMAIL.com
Is that what you mean? (Sorry I am so lame ....)
Hi,
The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.
If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. (You'll need to be on the latest version of Firefox to submit feedback). Your feedback gets collected at http://input.mozilla.org/, where a team of people read it and gather data about the most common issues.
Can you attach a screenshot?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.
When websites provide features to compose a message, they sometimes offer different features to different browsers. Without creating an Earthlink account, it's hard for me to know whether that is the problem here, or whether something in Firefox or one of your add-ons might be blocking a tool the sites is trying to display...
It is just a PLAIN BLACK FONT.
If we try for DIFFERENT COLORS ... we "may" get GREEN .... but NO OTHER COLORS. If we hit RED .... it is GREEN. If we hit BLUE ... it is GREEN. If we hit PURPLE ... it might be BLACK. It might be GREEN (I can't remember right now.) NEVER EVER anything different than BLACK or GREEN font.
