Click to play switch not working on 24 version?
this addon called Click to play switch, used to work find anywhere a flash video will show, now it is not working right, for example I go to youtube and click on some videos, and I could choose if I want to play it or not, but just for that video, now if I allow just on video, the whole site will allow the flash plug in and all videos to be played, rather than per video
any way to disable the firefox function, and just keep the Click to play switch addon function, I want all videos to be blocked and allowed at my desire, Now I go to youtube click just one video, and the whole site is allowed to play all videos without asking me per video. any help please?

Click to play has changed to per-site in Firefox 24 so that addon developer would have to update his/her addon.

According to the author "Due to a major change in Firefox 24, there is no point in using this add-on anymore".

Actually, once you have installed the Click to Play per-element extension, the Click to Play switch extension (and its toolbar button) seems to work just fine. All the switch seems to do is toggle the about:config entry for "plugins.click_to_play" between true and false, allowing you to turn Click to Play on or off without opening about:config.
