I can access all websites I attempt, except facebook.
When I try to access facebook in any fashion, all i get is a blank page and then a "page cannot be displayed" message. I have cleared cookies and cache, updated FF, updated flashplayer, ran virus scans (they all come out clean) I have shut down and restarted my computer. I was once in a while getting a numbered error message, but didn't write it down and then cleared my history. I haven't gotten this message since... This problem has been ongoing since yesterday. I was on there yesterday morning and everything seemed fine. Went to log back in around noon and I haven't seen even their login page since! I am using windows 7 on my laptop, but I have tried using my desktop and I have the same issue! I also have tried using Google Chrome and IE and everything just loads a blank page and says page cannot be displayed. Please help!!

Try the Firefox Safe Mode to see how it works there. The Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode, which disables most add-ons.
(If you're not using it, switch to the Default theme.)
- You can open the Firefox 4.0+ Safe Mode by holding the Shift key when you use the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut.
- Or use the Help menu item and click on the Restart with Add-ons Disabled... menu item while Firefox is running.
Don't select anything right now, just use "'Start in Safe Mode" To exit the Firefox Safe Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before using the Firefox shortcut (without the Shift key) to open it again. If it is good in the Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to figure out which one.
Please follow the Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems article for that.
When you figure out what's causing your issues, please let us know. It might help other users who have the same problem.
Maybe also do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

Thanks so much for your suggestion, but starting ff in safe mode did not fix the problem :(
Cor-el, thanks so much for the suggestions! I went through and did all the virus scans you suggested and found some, which I fixed or cleaned up! Unfortunately, it didnt fix my problem! I was afraid it wouldn't, since I don't believe it's a virus... It doesn't make sense that I wouldn't be able to connect off of different computers. The desktop I have, is older, so I never use it for facebooking..as it is too slow. it doesn't matter which computer I use, or which browser I use, I can go anywhere on the internet I want, except facebook! When I search "facebook" it loads a blank page then tells me "connection interrupted" This is what I see, a box with this in it... The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments. If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection. If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
