On a certain view in Knowledgebase Manager Pro (unfortunately you have to be logged in to the system to get to this view), Firefox version 10.0+ and now 11.0 crashes when trying to display the page. Have re-installed version 9.0, and Firefox is stable in this view. Please can you suggest how I can simulate the conditions for you (will not be allowed to send you login details for Knowledgebase).

This also happens on other users' computers (running Win 7).

Ok, let's try a few things here:

Please read Firefox crashes, which has some troubleshooting methods to determine what might be causing the crash and how to work around it.

Update your graphics driver. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-upgrade-my-graphics-drivers.

And, read through the Basic Troubleshooting guide. Let me know if any of this helped you out a bit.

Thanks, Tyler. Have read the info you suggested, and updated my graphics driver (it was out of date). Still crashes. Also, removed Aero and unchecked hardware acceleration in the Firefox options (Advanced / General). Still crashes - only when trying to display a particular menu in Knowledgebase Manager Pro. Appreciate your help so far - any more ideas?
