After I get into my banks website I get my accounts page. Then when I click on a specific account it goes to a blank page and the circle in the tab keeps spinning forever, until I right click onthe tab and click reload, sometimes 2 or 3 times and then it goes on into the page that I want.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Thanks for trying to help. But it does it in safe mode too. Here is something else, I tried to do a system restore and I know there has been some recent restore dates, but The only one that shows up is from 2009. Everytime i use sys restore it goes through all the motions but when it restarts it says there was an error and could not complete.

Be careful with doing a system restore as it can lead to dataloss and Windows only restores files with some file extensions and others are not restored. This can cause applications not to work properly anymore and may require a reinstall.

It will not restore. after it reboots I get a message that an unknown error occured and the restore did not complete. I think I realized now what happened. I have the full version of System Care 5 and it has a function to take care of cloned files. Well needless to say I started deleting files before I realized that it would take forever and that made me think that I shouldn't be doing it, so I quit. After that is when I started to have trouble. I guess I deleted something that I shouldn't have.
