i found a solution & i was able to install my Waterfox.

Ok, to solve this problem, you will need to download something from Microsoft called "Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable. If you are using 64 bit Waterfox, it will be the 64 bit version of Visual C++ 2010 SP1 that you need to download. If you are using 32 bit Waterfox, (if there is such a build) you will need to download the 32 bit version.

So, if you are using 64-bit and I presume you are, click the link to the 64 bit version, download it, and install it. You may need administrative privileges to install if you are installing on MS Windows Vista or MS Windows 7.
