The following page runs in Firefox 5.0 and IE9.

I know that IE9 can rotate blocks at 90 increments, however this example page rotates according to increments smaller than that.

Without looking into the JQuery style code behind this example, what is the css line that allows one to submit an integer or decimal, positive or negative, number of degrees to rotate a css blocks (display: block;) around at an angle?
