To me this is a slap in the face, your telling me I can't have what your asshole friends don't want me to have and you kissing there ass to make sure I don't have it, SHAME ON YOU !!! You can say you don't support it but we both know it is a lie.

Yes you are 100% and absolutely correct. Armag-add-on 2.0 is a major foul-up and profoundly severe.

Hence, one of the earliest actions was to censor the complaints forum and shutdown commenting, so as if the complaints of the users were the problem, rather than Mozilla's business procedures and software design.

Users see it as an hostile act, and not without reason. Someone at Mozilla posted that they are "very, very sorry". So far, I am not aware of anyone taking responsibility. Must be 21. century corporate culture, much like Fukushima.

Hello ouikcuf,

This was caused by an unforeseen technical problem …..

Please see : https://blog.mozilla.org/addons/2019/05/04/update-regarding-add-ons-in-firefox/comment-page-5/

Mozilla developers have worked very hard to fix it, and released the updated version 66.0.4, which fixed the problem.

Are your add-ons still disabled  ?

One little remark : The people you are addressing here are volunteers, users just like you, who are trying to help other users in their spare time. Just wanted you to know .....

How can the expiry of a CORE certificate be unforeseen? Are you serious?

If Mozilla is an "all volunteers" workforce, where do all the millions of $$ from google go to?

Even the workaround ("study") is not sth. one would normally want, i.e. turning FFox into a remotely controlled app, taking control away from the user.
