Right-click the account in the folder pane, Subscribe, click Refresh. Do the missing folders appear in the list to check, i.e. subscribe?

Maybe you have to enable folders to be viewable with IMAP in the Zimbra settings.

My problem was similar but different.

First, in this Support exchange I learned about SUBSCRIBE, Refresh. THANK YOU.

I had only ONE missing subfolder. It was on the Server...and was functioning properly until it disappeared from my PC during a sync.

I could see it on the Folder List when I right-clicked the account but it was UNchecked on the list. So I clicked the name in SUBSCRIBE, the check appeared, and I clicked REFRESH.

At first I did not see that the subfolder HAD been added to the BOTTOM of my file structure. The response I DID see was the subfolder was UNchecked again during REFRESH.

WHEN I did see the subfolder with ALL of its contents, I decided to TEST it. I closed Thunderbird, re-opened it, and the subfolder was STILL THERE. Then I went to SUBSCRIBE, and the subfolder was CHECKED.

I submit this info for those who, like me, may not see at first that their folder HAS been added.
