Pocket does not natively allow you to export your saved items to PDF format. Instead, you will need to print the page as a PDF.
However, there's not usually a need to do this since Pocket is available on all screens (including mobile) and if you are on mobile, it should save a copy of the page to your phone when you open it for the first time.
