For many months now, YouTube will not function properly using Firefox. It continues to refresh. Or, when I hit the back browser button it does not go back, but rather refreshes the page. I essentially cannot use YouTube on Firefox.

Please advise

Thank you, Mike

Note: Windows users should download the ActiveX for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the ActiveX.

I get around this by; When I find a link I want to check out, I open it in a new tab/window. Then when I am done, I close it and am back where I started.

Flash was not the issue, I tried that.

I appreciate the world-around, but why would I want to do that? Clearly there is an issue with Firefox because I don't have this issue with YouTube on other browsers. And, I cannot be the only person with this continuous problem. Seems like a #bug that needs to be fixed.
