provider has changed inbox server. Thunderbird's inbox email properties continues to have the old provider inbox Location. need to change the provider inbox Location: for example: "[email protected]/INBOX" needs to become "[email protected]/INBOX".

AFAIK, you need to set it up in Thunderbird as a new account.
