I have tried multiple tab manager add-ons, and none of their tab context menu items display. In particular, I am using Multiple Tab Handler. On the options page I have checked and unchecked its menu items, and restarted Firefox, all to no avail. I get the same issue with other tab manager add-ons that I have tried, Tree-Style Tabs, Tab Mix WebExtension, The Simple Tab Groups add-on items show; this one has one item with it's own sub-menu. Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit Mozilla Firefox 61.0

Hi, you need to check the add-ons/Extension page for each. Hi : Mozilla only ok's the Developers app for use with Firefox and provides them a web page to be found on Mozilla Servers. All add-ons have there own Support Page and Contact and date of updated and changes on their pages. They are suppose to do there own help.

Firefox Support will try and help you especially when the cause of a issue is the Extension installed doing something to Firefox.

As to your issue, Am not sure. Sounds like something is broken in Firefox or in your Profile. As all of those should work.

Let's go with it is not the Profile that is the issue and do a Clean Install. Note am asking you to backup your Profile as should possibly be done monthly. So this is just files, not your other stuff.

Please : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 61.0.0 with a Full Version Installer

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

I did the profile backup, full removal, disk cleanup, and clean install. I also tested this on a physical machine too. The tab context menu items from extensions just do not show in Firefox 61. The lone exception that I see is when a tab extension has its own separate menu item with a sub menu.
