I am trying to download "deepin-15.5-amd64.iso" from https://www.deepin.org/en/download/ and it is taking a very long time. It is downloading with an average of only around 15kB/s while other files for example "lubuntu-18.04-desktop-i386.iso" from https://lubuntu.net/ achieves a speed of up to 7MB/s (This was tested while trying to download deepin OS at the same time).

I have tried:

- Restarting Firefox
- Restarting the download

Download can vary differently from site to site. FF end user forum can't help with why a site is taking so long to download. You need to contact the site to find out if there is a issue causing long download delays.
