How can I help to improve Firefox's design?
I would like to participate in discussions about improving Firefox's design. I believe that the design, while better than most of Firefox's competitors, is still lacking and is one of the main reasons why there is poor adoption of Firefox.
Is there any Slack group, community or ticketing system used for design improvements to Firefox? If not, given that I have web programming skills, how could I help to build such a system? I think this would be incredibly useful for Firefox, as having an easy way for any Firefox user to give immediate feedback on design and voice any ideas they might have to make Firefox simpler, more beautiful and more useful could only improve the design. While developers always have good ideas, we are often blinded by being too close to the product we are creating to see it's flaws; inviting users to assist in the creation process in a simple manner would be greatly beneficial to Firefox and it's users.
What I am suggesting here differs from what I know exists in several ways: It's different than https://input.mozilla.org/en-US/feedback/firefox?, because it would allow a user to follow what they had suggested as it goes through the improvement and approval/disapproval stages. It would also allow users to see what other people have suggested and add to it.
It's also different from these forums because, as far as I can see, these forms are dedicated to helping users solve their own problems instead of assisting users in helping Firefox developers solve Firefox's problems.
Finally, it's different from Bugzilla, because Bugzilla is dedicated to actual technical bugs, as opposed to feedback and design improvements.
Firefox is a great browser. I think that many of Firefox's users, including myself, and both technical and non-technical, could help make it better.

Perhaps this mailing list? https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/dev-platform-ux
Probably the more "up front" design work is done by this team, but I'm not sure how best to contact: https://blog.mozilla.org/ux/who-we-are/

Bugzilla.mozilla.org despite the Bug in name is not just for well tracking actual bugs in something like say desktop Firefox but is a issues tracker used for tracking a whole variety of Mozilla related things. Actual bugs in something only make up a part of the reports on bugzilla.mozilla.org.
Mozilla has had no need to create or use another tracker to do what Bugzilla is meant for. Where else should new features for say desktop Firefox be tracked from start to finish if not in Bugzilla.mozilla.org
For example look at all the different things Bugzilla.mozilla.org is used for. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi#h=otherProducts| https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/describecomponents.cgi?full=1
The general issues tracker Bugzilla is being used by a long list of companies, organizations, and projects https://www.bugzilla.org/installation-list/ to keep track of a whole variety of things.
