Firefox crashes
I am STILL waiting for information on my crashes. It started 2 weeks or so ago whenever a flash video plays or youtube video. It will run for several minutes then CRASHES ALL OF FIREFOX!!!!!!! iT KEEPS SENDING CRASH REPORTS THAT YOU ALL HAVE BUT TO DATE....NO RESPONSE! I want you to do something about this. You are the techs...so dont ask me if the Adobe duplex drive converter is at 38 or 48 at 358 alt bar going against the version 48.9 of the dll matrix......JUST FIX IT and in common terms tell me what happened so I can prevent it from happening again.
YOU should have at least 20 reports from me every time it crashed. where it crashed and what video was going on when it crashed.
Let me know

Crash reports go to the Mozilla servers for the head guys to review. They seldom contact the senders of the reports.
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
Fine... you want it...you got it. Here are the ones that go back to 7/18.

Hi, please see this article, and try updating your graphics drivers: Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL
Also try Firefox Safe Mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily turns off hardware acceleration, resets some settings, and disables add-ons (extensions and themes).
If Firefox is open, you can restart in Firefox Safe Mode from the Help menu:
- Click the menu button , click Help and select Restart with Add-ons Disabled.
If Firefox is not running, you can start Firefox in Safe Mode as follows:
- On Windows: Hold the Shift key when you open the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut.
- On Mac: Hold the option key while starting Firefox.
- On Linux: Quit Firefox, go to your Terminal and run firefox -safe-mode
(you may need to specify the Firefox installation path e.g. /usr/lib/firefox)
When the Firefox Safe Mode window appears, select "Start in Safe Mode".
If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, theme, or hardware acceleration. Please follow the steps in the Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems article to find the cause.
To exit Firefox Safe Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before opening Firefox for normal use again.
When you figure out what's causing your issues, please let us know. It might help others with the same problem. Thank you!
