Firefox.exe APPCRASH related to ntdll.dll, even after clean install
Hello, I'm having problems with Firefox crashing immediately after clicking on its icon.
Firefox version is 41.0.2.5765, Windows exception code is c0000005 (000497e8), faulty module is ntdll.dll version 6.3.9600.18007.
Safe mode, profile manager crashes too. I tried doing a fresh install which didn't help... After that I deleted my profile files, erased temporary files, reinstalled Firefox, restarted PC - problem persists.
Unfortunately no log is saved by Firefox.exe after the crash (folder /APPDATA/Roaming/Mozilla is empty). PC runs fine otherwise.
Windows error message reads:
APPCRASH firefox.exe 41.0.2.5765 561ee543 ntdll.dll 6.3.9600.18007 55c4bc8e c0000005 000497e8 6.3.9600.2.0.0.256.48 1029 960c 960cdc3073e4fd67c6d545df9e9d24cc 7b3b 7b3b9c2d872f7c0e875a33d7ebb7c470
Thanks for any help!

Soo the problem has been fixed. For anyone who might happen to stumble on this post:
The Firefox crash is caused by a compatibility issue between Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit and Kaspersky Anti-virus. This issue was already fixed my Malwarebytes some time ago, but a recent update to Kaspersky AV brought it back. Can be solved by installing the latest beta version of Malwarebytes (1.08).
To pinpoint this issue I have used this guide: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929135

See if there are updates for your graphics drivers https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration
Graphic drivers are up to date. SFC on the other hand found some problems on my PC and it was unable to fix them. ScanHealth option via DISM didn't find a problem. I'll try looking through the SFC log to find some clues...
Anyway problem seems to be connected to my PC and not FF, thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
EDIT: Well I squashed one error that the SFC was reporting (one windows update), now it comes clean. Still didn't solve the crash though... I'll keep digging.
