I get a message coming up and don't know what it means or how to get rid of it

I am playing the Words With Friends game as I normally do but today I keep getting this message popping up.

To display this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (such as a search or order confirmation) that was performed earlier.

You choose either resend or cancel and the window disappears but comes back the next turn.

How do I fix this?

Thanks,

Laurence

Are you using the Back button when you get this message or otherwise go back to a previous page?

You get an alert about resending POST data if you go back to a page or refresh a page that was previously requested from the server by submitting form data via a (hidden) POST form.

A way to prevent this pop-up about resending POST data is not to use the Back button, but to open links on a page requested from a server by sending a form with POST date in a new tab (window) with a middle-click or hold down the Ctrl key and left-click the link. You can close that tab or window instead of using the Back button.

I am not using a back button. It appears when I play the games and everything I click makes it disappear but as soon as I make another move, it reappears. I have occasionally seen this pop up in other places but it worked differently which is why I am also concerned about this one.
