Won't let me browse to a picture when responding to email on website
After logging in to customer service at a website, I needed to attach a picture in the email reply. A browse box was available, but clicking it did nothing. Worked fine with IE.

You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
- Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
- Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
- Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)
Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
In some cases you may have to set an allow exception for pop-ups to make this work.
- See: Tools > Page Info > Permissions
Did you look for such an icon on the location/address bar?
Tried the reload and cache clear. Permissions are all default. Still no joy. IE still works on that site. Similarly, in Tools>Options>General I can't browse to a folder to store downloads. Also, on this page right below my reply the "Add images:" browse box does nothing.
