Firefox crashes
Have been getting error messages when trying to connect to my Firefox browser.1)"Firefox has encountered a problem and needs to close".If I click on any of the options(close/debug)Firefox will close.If I don't click on any of options Firefox does actually open.Have to minimize error message.2)"Firefox is already running.Close 1 tap to logon to Firefox".Again,If I click any of the options Firefox will close.Also gettining a Windows error message saying ilegal execution?I have ended Firefox processes in task mgr.Have run numerous anti-spyware.Advanced System care,Super Anti-Spyware.Malware bytes,Norton etc.Problem still persists?My Internet Explorer is not working?Otherwise I would uninstall/reinstall Firefox..........

- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste that into the "Post a Reply" box. (Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the ID's. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like)

The 5 most recent crashes are related to this. IPSEng32.dll = Symantec Intrusion Detection

The other 4 crashes appear to be video related. Are your video drivers up to date?
Never even view video's on my computer?
